Annual Report for 2015

This year TEA activity was limited to the following:

  • Repairs of the storage container. The cost shared with Throwley Parish Council, which contributed £354 + VAT.

  • Waterloo Dinner, Town Place Barn on 20th June 2015 (with kind permission of Terry and Valerie Osborne).

  • Carols on the Green on 18th December 2015.

 

TEA Accounts 2015

Jane Buck inspected the accounts and found them to be in order.

Notes:

  1. Fete reserve fund of approximately £4,300 is required for the Fete organisation.

  2. PAT testing of all the electrical equipment is legally required now and with potential replacements will cost about £250 (estimate only). Scheduled prior to the Fete.

  3. Other repairs and maintenance work to marquees, PA system, electrical equipment, etc. may require about £250. Scheduled prior to the Fete.

  4. Taking the above into account, this leaves about £270 for other community expenditure prior to the fete.
