The TEA Accounts for the period, 31st January 2014 to 8th February 2015 were inspected by Jane Buck and she found the accounts to be in order.  The total cash counted and paid into the Bank from the proceeds of the quiz/fete is correct and all cheques issued have been listed and included.

 

Jane noted that all suggested last year improvements in book-keeping were successfully implemented.

 

Notes:

1. Fete reserve fund of approximately £4,300 is required for the Fete organisation.

2. PAT testing of all the electrical equipment is legally required now and with potential replacements will cost about £250 (estimate only).

3. Other repairs and maintenance work to containers, marquees, PA system and electricity shed will require about £350 (estimate only).

4. Taking the above into account, this leaves about £1,170 for other community expenditure.
