Waterloo Dinner

Saturday 27th June, from 7 pm at Town Place Barn, with a kind permission of Terry and Valerie Osborne.

To celebrate 200th anniversary of the battle of Waterloo.

Period costumes, uniform or dinner jacket. Own food and drinks.

Music and songs of the period have been provided by the celebrated international baritone Simon Thorpe who is currently singing at Holland Park Opera. He was accompanied by Ben Saul, Director of Music at St Thomas Canterbury and Professor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
CAROLS ON THE GREEN
Throwley Forstal, Friday 18/12/2015, 6-7pm
This annual get together was well attended by Throwley and some Eastling residents. The night was warm and
sparkling Christmas tree added to a festive atmosphere. Excellent mulled wine and mince pies kept us all in high spirits. Everyone enjoyed very much singing traditional Christmas Carols with friends and families.
