TEA Accounts 2013

After taking into account the commitments of the Fete Committee 2012, the effective starting balance for TEA in 2013 was £5,714.

We are leaving the balance of £5,827 for TEA activities in 2014.

Fete reserve fund of approximately £4,300 is required for the next year Fete organisation.

PAT testing of all the electrical equipment will be required at additional cost. There are also some committed expenses to cover already ordered extra electrical cables and the cost of the Carols on the Forstal 2013. All these amount to about £500.
The TEA Accounts for the period, 6th October 2012 – 9th January 2014 were inspected by Jane Buck and found to be correct. Jane suggested small improvements in the book-keeping and these improvements have already been added to the Fete Template.
